About Café Absinthe

Cafe Absinthe is a renowned Mediterranean fusion restaurant & bar situated near Triangle Park at the heart of Osaka. Famous for it's food, cocktails, Shisha, and extensive collection of Absinthe, the cafe is popular with both Japanese the international community of Kansai.

On weekends famous Osaka DJs spin tunes upstairs in the Cafe and downstairs in Wormwood, the underground VIP event lounge. There are often local and international live bands performing a range of genre from jazz, ethnic, to funk.

Cafe Absinthe has been a supporter of the local art scene for many years and is a popular exhibition space for foreign and Japanese artists. Every month a different artist is invited to displays their work in the cafe.

"The menu features a number of Mediterranean standards including falafel, hummus, couscous, kebab, etc. You can also enjoy their great homemade pizza, pasta, and dessert. Their fresh Arabian Salad and Stuffed Chicken are highly recommended! It is truly a cozy and chill place to have lunch/dinner and hang out."
